Penalties and Fees
For move in dates before or after the 1st of the month, renter will only pay prorate amount equaling days remaining in the month.
Payments are due the 1st of every month. A 5 day grace period is given. Once grace period has ended, renter will be subject to lock out. Late fees in the excess of 5% of total bill after the 10th of the month will be issued.
